Hotel reservation & front-desk system
D'hillsview StayDesk
D'hillsview Hotel & Restaurant
D'hillsview ran its reservations on an international subscription platform: a monthly cost for software built for someone else's market, with features the hotel paid for and could not use in the Philippines. We replaced it with a system built around how the hotel actually operates, with the code, hosting, and database in the hotel's own name from the first day.

Try it yourself
The same system, running on Casa Amihan Hotel, a fictional 34-room hotel. Two screens side by side: front desk and booking site. You’re signed in already, and nothing you change reaches anyone else.
The problem
The hotel was paying a recurring subscription for a platform designed around international distribution and card processing that isn't available to Philippine properties. What the front desk actually needed was simpler and more specific: one place to see which rooms are free, take a booking, and check a guest in.
The owners wanted the features they used every day, without the ones they were paying for and couldn't use.
What we built
- A room timeline showing every room against the month, with bookings as bars and drag-and-drop to move or extend a stay
- Reservations and walk-ins, check-in and check-out, and guest records with stay history
- A public booking page where guests see real availability and reserve online at any hour
- Scan-to-pay with GCash or Maya and staff confirmation, so no third-party merchant account is needed
- Unpaid holds that release their room automatically after a deadline, run on the server
- Seasonal rates, packages, priced add-ons, and promotional discount codes
- Housekeeping status and assignment, and out-of-order blocking for rooms under repair
- Guest self-service: view or cancel a booking from a private link instead of messaging the desk
- Occupancy and revenue reports with CSV export, and separate access for front desk and management
Owned, not rented
The repository, hosting, and database have been in the hotel's own accounts since the start of the build, so there is no software subscription to keep paying and nothing locked to us.
Handover comes with a written runbook, a staff guide, and a walkthrough with the people using it daily. A system you can't hand to someone else is a system you don't really own.
Inside the system
Screenshots use fictional names and figures. No real client data is shown.

1 / 8 · Hotel website
The hotel's own website, with booking built in. Guests land on the hotel's name and photos, not a third-party listing, and the booking they make goes straight to the front desk.
